Profile Description

  • This is a Sales position with P&L responsibility for Estonia
  • This position is also responsible to coordinate sales efforts in Latvia and Lithuania
  • Sell Twitter, LinkedIn and potentially other Advertising solutions to media and creative agencies as well as to major brands
  • Sign significant advertising contracts with new customers and develop existing customers
  • Responsible to execute the whole sales process: Researching, preparing presentations, contacting potential customers, pitching, following up with customers, closing the deal, preparing contracts etc.
  • Work closely with our publishers together and deliver sales targets
  • Represent Twitter, LinkedIn and other Httpool represented brands in the market
  • Educate clients and agencies on the use of digital advertising through onsite presentations and one-on-one training
  • Discover client objectives at business and campaign level and build strategic plans to meet these
  • Use in depth market and product knowledge to recommend and educate clients on best practices for developing and scaling effective campaigns
  • Work on account management plans with the account managers
  • Attend monthly meetings with other senior members
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • Network with other directors in order to generate new business for the company
  • Report monthly on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
  • This position currently does not include any direct reports

Location: Estonia

Desired skills:

  • You have an university education in business administration, economics or similar social sciences, preferred MBA or master degree
  • You have 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years of sales within a sales focused organization, preferably in digital marketing
  • You are confident in delivering customized sales pitches and are strong in consultative sales
  • You demonstrated your ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
  • You have expertise in social media platforms and digital advertising demonstrated first-hand experience with Twitter as a user and as a marketer
  • You have strong social and professional ties within local advertising industry and strong ties with the local business community
  • You have a hands-on mentality while doing your research, preparing presentations, reaching out to new potential customers, briefing Account Management etc.
  • You possess management skills and strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue)
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Regional Finance Supervisor Baltics

The Opportunity

Profile Description

This role manages all accounting, cash management and tax matters such as: month-end close, corporate and management reporting, compliance, audits, local statutory accounting, information needed for tax compliance and ad hoc and special projects.

 

Main Responsibilities:

● Responsible for managing all Finance activities in Baltics, Hungary and Ukraine
● Responsible to perform audits in assigned countries
● Liaise with external accounting companies
● Maintain, reconcile, journalize and report on all company accounts
● Ensure that reports are completed timely and accurately. Once reconciled, any reconciling items must be
researched and analyzed to assure they are cleared in a timely manner
● Prepare reconciliations of accounts and follow up reconciliation items
● Prepare the financial statements according to the closing schedule of each month
● Control monthly journal entries in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet monthly close deadlines and review of out of balances before the month is closed
● Perform monthly reviews, analysis, and reconciliations of major accounts, in the statement of financial position as assigned by supervisor
● Prepare management reporting packages, detailed balance sheet analysis, aging reports, cash flow reports, audit packages and other corporate required reporting
● Supervise the accounting and tax teams to complete assigned projects
● Supervise information needed for treasury and ensure on time filings and payments based on collection analysis and goals
● Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through automation and / or efficiency initiatives
● Relationship with statutory auditors, main vendors and clients (strategic ones). Manage communication with major partners (discrepancies, payment remittance, extended payment terms)

Core and Functional Skills & Knowledge:

● University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration. MBA desirable
● Preferably auditing experience
● Experience in international companies
● Customer-oriented. Highly motivated and proactive person, with a flexible attitude and willingness to work. Ability to handle multiple tasks and time schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Teamwork, empathy, frustration tolerance, organized, committed. Ability to follow instructions and to act on his/her own initiative to propose new ideas
● Previous experience of at least 5 years performing in similar position or auditing firm with exposure to the decision makers & top level of the company
● Strong understanding of accounting theory, and the ability to apply concepts to specific situations. IFRS
desirable
● The knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or other related financial software is a plus
● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of dynamic tables, macros, etc
● Solid skills for analysis and auditing. Strong critical thinking skills
● Ability to work collaboratively with all levels to maximize results
● Team leadership skills, needs to be able to delegate tasks to the right people and follow up persistently
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Experience in the online media or digital advertising Industry or media/telecommunication services desirable
● Advanced English and Russian

Position:  Ad operations  manager

The Advertising Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of digital ad campaign management. The ideal candidate has proven experience with ad product creation, ad trafficking, reporting. In addition, the ideal candidate for this growth potential role is career-driven. Preferred Experience:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in HeadOps / AdOps / trafficking Manager position in online advertising, publishing or interactive services
  • Knowledge of RTB and programmatic ecosystem
  • In-depth knowledge of Google products – Analytics, Adwords, DoubleClick, TagManager

  • Monitor campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed
  • Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, design, and tech as well as on the creation and implementation of custom advertising solutions
  • Development and execution of programmatic campaigns
  • Setup, traffic, and optimize online ad campaigns in DFP, working with advertisers and ad networks to receive assets for campaign launches
  • Media planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns within Httpool’s product portfolio
  • Develop and streamline processes to facilitate and expedite display publisher on-boarding and case/incident tracking, as needed
